In this first phase, we visit the poperty with the owner, with the aim of learning firsthand abot the characteristics of the property, its history, and those details that add value and uniqueness to the home.

A correct valuation of the property requires having all the relevant documentation, thus guaranteeing an accurate, transparent analysis which adjusts to the reality of the property: dee, land registry note, cadastre, CEE, council tax...

We hold weekly meeting with our expert partners from the Portal Menorca Group, where we analyse each property from different perspectives with the aim of determinating the mos appropriate price in line with the current market.

We present the owner with the result of our valuation, accompanied by the analysis and conclusions of our experts, providing a detailed and transparent explanation of our recommended price.

Once the sales strategy has been validated with the owner, we launch the marketing of the property through a careful and professional presentation, with a photographic report, video and descriptive material aimed at maximizing its appeal in the market.
